I have emailed the company many times and asked for that information. The response I receive is from a hotmail email address from Matt McGuire the paid stock promotion company called apple consultants telling me to feel free and call him with any question I may have about the company. I am currently living and running an Internet cafe in the Ukraine so I am not interested in spending money calling (besides Turek already took most of my money),I need it to be in writing, I guess I am just a little old fashion? I always respond back with another email to Matt telling him my questions and concerns and never to this date have I received one back. "company appears gaged" I will attempt one more time via email directly to the company and ask them one more time what the current Outstanding Share Count is. I will document my email and the response with a report back to you. I wouldn't hold your breath waiting though, David
