I was arguing that if Bush does his thing going after the enemy we're not giving up our right. That was my point.

It does not take that much imagination to think what would happen if Bush does his thing going after the enemy without oversight and what will happen as collateral damage to innocent bystanders.

It would not take too much imagination to see that collateral damage could be far greater than any damage done to even run of the mill not too smart enemy.

Oh, no - you say that couldn't happen.
