Russell Tice, the "NSA Whistle Blower" now the darling of the NY Times and the Left, lost his sceurity clearance in 2003 and was subsequently fired after being diagnosed as a "psychotic paranoid." He was reassigned from the job of China Analyst to the NSA Motor Pool (I am not making this up) before his firing for further, unknown failings.

This is the guy who has "blown the whistle" on President Bush.
