The way nomai explains it anybody and their dog are able to copy any thing they like and put it a monopoly bag. If that were the case patents would be worthless. supposedly the courts have yet to see the new disk from nomai and we have yet to here a judgement from iomega. If nomai is somehow able to produce the disk under the monoploy blanket which i doubt does iomega receive any revenue?
