It is hard to dismiss the E-Data story given the large companies
that have taken out licences. Whilst I too am a little perplexed about
the superficial response from the unfortunately named Mr Fink, I am
no legal authority or strategist, and perhaps we will come to understand
the legal tactics one day. The fat lady isn't singing yet.

You'd think that Mr Fink would be pulling out all the stops on this,
given his vested financial interest in a victory, but perhaps more
is less and vice versa at this stage ? Who knows ? We'll just have
to wait and see what develops,

I guess it's back to that old reward vs risk ratio. This one isn't
for the feint hearted, and I wouldn't bet the farm. I am keeping
my small position though, as it will give handsome returns if all
goes well and only a small loss if the case turns out negative.
