News,from yahoo board says California initiative passed 3.2 Billion state energy program. With ECD supplying SIT and SIT being a California based company It should benefit ECD.

ECD,seems to be awash in good news. Samsung,Saturn,and Solar news. I believe the company still has to wait for cash flow to support current gains.

MH/Ni Battery Suitable for Minus 40¡æ Is Created Successfully

Two kinds of MH/Ni batteries used for minus 40¡æ are created independently by Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Sciences and his partners, which possess self-independence intellectual property rights. Discharge capacities of the two kinds of MH/Ni batteries can reach more than 70% of rated capacity at 0.2C5A and 0.2C5A discharge respectively at minus 40¡æ, which meet using requirement. The experts think that the low temperature MH/Ni batteries fill up vacancy of Chinese energy field.
Ordinary MH/Ni battery is suitable for -18¡æ¡«40¡æ, discharge capacity and median voltage of which decrease sharply at -40¡æ. Negative materials of MH/Ni battery have become focus of research in China and the world.

Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, with foundation and advantages of rare earth energy resources, researches negative material of MH/Ni battery earlier in our country. The new negative material can reach 300mAh/g of maximum discharge capacity at room temperature and 214mAh/g at 65mA/g discharge current at minus 40¡æ, which is more than five times of ordinary negative materials and achieve international advanced level.

Based on above fruits, AA cell and D cell with high quality have been developed successfully.



I expect this is a small company but do they have a license with ECD?
