""""""I expect this is a small company but do they have a license with ECD?"""""

I do not expect they will sign a license with ECD. More likely than not, ECD will not get a dime from these companies unless they become a certain commercial size. :-(

""""I believe the company still has to wait for cash flow to support current gains.""""

Not necessarily. You will be surprised emerging companies like this one, STP, SPWR, and other players are coming up because of high expectation. STP and SPWR do not make enough cash flow to justify 3-5 billion market cap. Yet. They worth that much more now. It is due to hype plus shortage of shares outstanding in the market. MM players like these shares. Enjoy the ride while we can. Short and long players will make this issue a fun run either way.

In fact, by the time ECD generate 100 million a year in cash flow. Market will move on to something else. Or oil prices retreat to 30-40 will kill this issue too. Unlikey however due to demands from China and India, and others.

Good luck to us.
