Did you know the FBI does have separate divisions of "criminal" and "terrorism"? Wiretaps, etc have been used for a long time on the "criminal" side.

I really didn't until yesterday.

What division are you speaking of?


No warrant, no listening.

And further, it appears that the intel agencies just simply don't care to listen to the vast majority of any people. Why should they? And how could they even if they wanted to....They are not staffed to do it, among other reasons. And who cares what most of us say in our daily lives? They certainly don't.
