She explained there were 13 different steps and time commitments that had to be gone through for each FISA request... 13 All very time consuming...There is an emergency step that can expedite the request, and it has to be covered within 72 hours or less. IF our government knew that a person or group of people planned on coming into this country, going to a major city, (or several of them) and blowing up the port in the city, or a group of them..... Would you want to wait until afterwards, after the deed was accomplished, to deal with the situation?
