Perhaps.

Speaking of food......

I don't know if anyone cooks here, but I will supply you with a dynamite recipe from Jamaica called "boil fish," a breakfast dish which is great for hangovers and colds. Very easy to prepare and delicious plus healthy.

Ingredients:

2 lbs. of a firm white fish cut into 2" strips. Grouper, flounder, or red snapper will work, though I've used speckled trout to great effect.

1 large white onion, diced.

3 wax potatoes, scrubbed and diced. If wax potatoes are unavailable, Yukons will do.

3-4 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced. If you want it spicier, you may use as many as 6 jalapenos.

8 cups vigorously boiling water.

3 limes, quartered.

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Salt and cracked peppercorns to taste

In a large sauce pan, cook onions in the vegetable oil over medium heat until the onions are soft but not brown, about 7-9 minutes. Add the water, potatoes, chilies, and limes. Simmer for 10-12 minutes. Add fish and cook until potatoes are soft, about 10-13 minutes.

Remove limes, season with salt and fresh cracked peppercorns. Serve hot.

Makes about 6 servings and is the perfect food during cold season.
