WHISTLE BLOWERS... is how we find out about the abuses.. And then the messenger is minimized as a renegade or a leftover from Cuckoo's Nest.... From what I am experiencing lately there is always one reporter or member of that agency;someone who has a conscience and reveals.... Then we debate the accuracy,veracity and stand bewildered. How did this happen... The debate here is good and I am learning...But Rambi is right. I read one argument and say, yes, and then another and say, well, that's how it is... Let's try to find the authentic truth. For me right now.. any violations of the constitutional are illegal.
