John, With the Vinik Group being the largest shareholder in Vivus I assume they will be seeking representation on the board. With their commitment to attain capital appreciation this can only drive this stock up. If nothing else they will be one loud voice pressuring management to produce big fat numbers for us teeny weeny investors. If this was the NEGATIVE news give me more.... RT
