Ross, I am from Australia (downunder). Melbourne, Australia to be precise. I have missed the last 3 Idy Races and saw the last F1 race which was pretty cool. I tell you that Fischella is one heck of a talent and i was telling everyone at the last Melbourne G.P. that he was going to be the talent to watch - now they all rave about him. Like i mentioned i am a huge Drag Racing fan and i have been working towards building a Jet Powered funny Car for 3 years now, only now i am getting enough money to put it all together. Got some great people with real talent helping me out with AUTO CAD design and a great chassis builder lined up to build it in December or Jan or 1998. Jet Cars are great as they don't cost the earth to run and they can run pretty close to Elapse times of Nitro Car's (at least they can in Australia - the U.S is a different story though). I am building it simply fulfill my NEED FOR SPEED. All i dream about is the first test day and when i get into that and let it loose. WATCH OUT !! Do you get into SUPERBIKES, you American's seem to dominate the MOTO's but not so much with ROadracing anymore - since Rainey, Roberts and of course the might SCHWANTZ. His races NASCAR's here in Australia at our track and also is part onwer in Busch Grand National Car's; i think he will be driving a Busch Car soon Too.
