Depends on L2 per core, plus any L3, if they included that.

512K x 2 X2 is 147mm^2

1MB x 2 X2/Opti is 199mm^2

So,

294mm^2 - 2nd memory controller for 4 x 512K L2

398mm^2 - 2nd memory controller for 4 x 1MB L2

More for any L3.

Some changes due to Rev F, SiGe process, etc. (maybe they can make more compact L2 now...)
