In California I personally know of many wal mart employees who instead of filing a work comp claim got treated under Medi Cal...which is the equivalent of Medi Caid.... California is not Employer friendly but the Workers Comp system is dead...Literally. Andrea Hoch (if u don'g know who she is look it up) and the Schwartzenager Henchmen effectively killed the Workers' Comp system for the benefit of a few billionaires... Congratulations...
