Peter, It is clear that the goal of the muslims, is to make the entire world Islamic, with no other religion being allowed. A lot of people are going to die before that can happen.
There was a time that the Arab faction of the world had a civilization, with arts, poetry, and grandeur, but just look at what has become of that with the influence of Islam taking over that society. All of the middle east, and northern Africa, was allowed to stagnate and be nothing but sand, and nomads, that did little more than herd sheep, and goats. That is an indication of what will happen if they take control.
Israel is an indication of what that area can be under the right management. In 1948, the Jews returned to Israel, and found nothing but desert conditions. In a short span of time, they made the desert bloom again with crops to feed their growing population.
IMO, we are in the position of the ancient Roman Empire just before it collapsed. Lack of morals, debauchery, drunkeness with drug abuse, and lack of order in society. We know what happened to the Romans. Are we going to allow the same thing to happen to us? |
