Read a half dozen reports all in the 30 to 35 range. Deal not till 1 q 2007. 10-15% discount to split value to wait. risk premium of deal not happening. 1 billion cost. lower earnings expectation.... Worth around 30 probably now. Probably not a bad one year hold, but it will be REALLY BORING. Dead money until closer to split up. IMHO.
