That's something that has to be seen to diagnose the problem. Try measuring the opening (horizontally) at the top and bottom of the door. The measurements should be the same, otherwise they frame was installed incorrectly, probably without shims at the bottom. Next, try measuring the opening diagonally (upper left to lower right, and upper right to lower left). These measurements should be the same. If your horizontal measurements are hunky-dory (that's contractor talk) and the diagonal measurements are different, that means your frame is out of square. That's the best I can do for you from 100 miles away!
