PresidentChickenHawk's answer to Iran's actual (as opposed to Iraq's fantasy) nuclear program. Ya think one of his worried aides actually showed him a map and some demographics about Iran?

Since he apparently didn't know about Shites and Kurds and Sunnis in Iraq until a few months before the invasion, maybe some aide got wise?

Maybe?

Bush urges Iran nuclear diplomacy
US President George W Bush has said he wants to resolve the Iranian nuclear crisis through peaceful means.

After talks in Washington with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Mr Bush said both leaders sought to solve the issue "diplomatically by working together".

President Bush refused to be drawn on whether the UN Security Council should impose sanctions on Iran.

On Thursday, European ministers called for the UN to deal with the Iranian nuclear programme.
