With that AE incidence being negligible around the world yet 4 reports with 2 deaths occurring at a single site in Japan that treated only 13 pts, I'd suspect something unique is being done at the specific hospital.

After all the trials and post approval tx, the probability that his anomaly is solely due to Velcade seems low. All the same, it would be rather nice for MLNM to say something publicly.
