I was looking at TYC- but with a PE of 19.1, and uncertain earnings, I'm not sure it's a value. JNJ (for example) has a PE of 19.6, and doesn't have many of the problems TYC has (and JNJ has a better dividend as well) and quarterly growth is better, profit margins are better, return on assets and return on equity are all beter for JNJ. Other than the price drop, what value do you see here? Seems to me TYCO could breach it's 52 week low, if anything else accelerates the bad news.
