Who is more guilty, Laura Bush or Teddy Kennedy? Laura drives at 50 MPH in broad daylight straight into her ex-boyfriend's car. She must have seen him in the car. She killed him instantly. SHe is not charged. Teddy drives off a tiny one-lane bridge on a sandy dirty road in the pitch darkness. Not a single street light anywhere nearby. There is no one around to call for help and the water is cold, dark and deep. He can only rescue himself. The girl can't save herself either apparently and she drowns. You tell me which is a more serious offense.
