Hi Karl..
My understanding at the present time is that many employees of Storage Dimensions held stock at the IPO date and were not allowed to sell any
for six months. That date appears to be imminent. Could this cause any
stir in the market? I feel they should continue to hold for higher values..but if many of them sell wouldn't that have a negative, though temporary effect, on the price? Shouldn't they wait for the Earnings Report? What are your comments?
