Yes, IF you are the chief funder of BOTH PARTIES and you can pretty much SELECT the candidates and you control the VOTE COUNTING and you control the FLOW OF MONEY to the elected candidates and you control the SO CALLED THINK TANKS that more or less draft the legislation THEN what earthly purpose would there be in having a vote? None that I can see. MORE IMPORTANTLY, giving the voters the vote gives the public THE ILLUSION OF POWER, and that is very important in the whole equation. Namaste! Jim
