Jennifer, Not necessarily desperation as they have money. I just think it is not a very good deal, but anytime you can share the risk in an early stage project is something to consider. I would think that they could get a better investment for 49%. I believe that this is separate from the Trebol ground and does not affect that project. Maybe they will pick up another project?
