Heck, Bush is given his speeches in sections because, once he looks away to make one of his nasty little grimaces, he can't find his way back to where he left off. It's ridiculous but it is an improvement from Nancy Reagan having to feed lines to Ronnie. Who says rightwingers can't learn from history: if you have a mentally challenged President, you use all the tricks of the trade to hide it from the American Public. Yep.
