I decided to wait for the earnings report on January 18th before doing anything. The "shake-out" slowed down yesterday, though volume was still rather high. The latest sell recommendation for ASML came yesterday from the German Helaba Trust based on valuation and indications for sluggish business in the second half of 2006. Nonetheless, they predicted that ASML will report a book-to-bill of 1.5 in their 4th Q. My bet is on a very strong Q4 and an optimistic outlook.

I don´t think they have general capacity constraints right now, if any, these may be limited to production of their latest immersion tool Twinscan 1700.
