warrants don't provide any assurance that abuse won't happen No law is a guarentee that the law won't be broken. There is no guarentee that a law won't be broken and nobody will notice. The warrant and it's process provides a way for good leaders to show their good intentions, and offers the possibility of exposing the bad ones. TP
