Why wouldn't the owner of this company want the stock price to run? Seems illogical to allow it to stay down if something could be done about it. If they wanted to dump shares for cash, they could/should wait for the stock to pop, then sell a smaller number of shares (less dilutive) when demand is higher, than killing the price with dumping on a weak market. Something I never did git.
