"where American forces found an airliner fuselage that possibly was used to practice hijackings."

What, if anything was actually found at Salman Pak? The claims are all over the place, a Boeing 707 is most commonly cited, but some say it is smaller than a 707 and others have claimed it is a 747. Ok, I can believe that most people can't distinguish between a 707 and most other planes, but to not be able to tell the difference between a 707 look alike and a 747 isn't very credible.
