Richard,

one more time, Fresh squeezed juices are now representing a big majority of sales. FRSH is purchasing citrus everydays. I don't believe they are stupid enough to decrease their selling prices just because citrus price has droped last few months. IMO, they would do this if prices were staying low for long term. The market doesn't react so quickly. They have quality products and certainly don't need to make short term dumping.

In all the SEC reports you can also read under "risks" : FRSH results could be hurted by a strong increase in citrus prices. They also stated
that 1996 results were affected by higher purchasing prices.

For the 3 months ended August 31, there was a 13% average drop in
orange price. If you look at their last results you can easily see the
"cost of products" sensivity. A 1% increase in sales will bring nothing for earnings, a 1% increase in gross margin will bring a lot...

My conclusion : we are going to see good 3Q earnings (I'm expecting at least 15 cents...)

and... GO & DRINK FRESH !!!!!
