Bush is the thief. America made a deal with the taxpayer that there would be security in retirement after a lifetime of service and labor to the country. Now Bush wants to change the rates retroactively and reduce and or eliminate Social Security.

We can't secure our elderly folks and solve the homeless problem, but we can spend a trillion dollars bringing democracy to Iraq.

It's a matter of priorities. The American middle class and lower class people are not the priority of the Bush Administration.
