The parent company of Taylor Made has been bought out by Adidas.George Montgomery,president of Taylor Made,said this will not affect TM and Quadrax dealings.This stock price,according to MM's,will not move upwards until a contract with TM is signed.A positive 10Q and Spinnergy deal is not what the market is looking for,so we have to wait and see.It would be hard for me to imagine TM spending 600K on R&D work with Quadrax and nothing come of this work.With regards to Larry Michaels-one must question his motives.Saying Jim Palermo has a "girlfriend" in Calif.,is working behind the scenes deals with local brokers,Quadrax has bad credit with suppliers and there is a lawsuit which will cause Quadrax to loose new machine,on this public forum is in bad taste.If any or all these statements are true-I would think the people around him would have the character not to be working with this man.The departure of Ed Stoltenberg and Mike Dorf was not due to knowing too much-it was because of the Vega debacle.They were snookered by a liar.
