Jeeeeez! Talk about misguided advocacy and blurring two entirely different issues of broadband and TV! Newsflash: franchise reform to aid the incumbent telcos ain't gonna matter to rural America.

In Dave Hughes rant that Frank posted earlier, where he wondered where the advocacy was, I doubt this is what he had in mind. Advocating what the telco lobbyists want probably doesn't count as useful.
