I don't know, but I do know that a lot more than 72 hours have passed since the recording was made. Can the NSA argue that "interception" includes decryption? Would that fly? I don't know (but I would guess not). Oh, this is so much bs. Someone tells you that two weeks ago, AQ operatives took a lot heavy equipment into 404 Main Street. Go check it out. Gee that was more than 72 hours ago. The courts are not going to give a proper warrant. I guess we will just have to bust in without a court order. FISA doesn't work. We have to operate without oversight. We should be able to do anything we want to protect genuine Amurricans. That is so much bs.
