What is needed in the afflicted communities are government policies that You missed the biggie: "THE DRUG PROBLEM" When these killers drive BMW's it is unlikely they bought them by picking bottles or delivering papers. One of the reasons pauly is going down in flames is he never once (correct me if I'm wrong) mentioned he would do anything to stop the trade in the drugs that are killing our kids
