I don't know anything about CNB, however there is one big difference between ACA and CNB. Ashton of Australia is a large producer of diamonds, and is the parent company of ACA. Now tell me would you rather own a diamond exploration stock with no proven track record like CNB, or in ACA's case a diamond explorarion company with it's parent company being a world class diamond producer. Think about it, which of the two have a better chance of succeeding ???
