As far as I understand, the subject of the market share is "ATM WAN Access" not "ATM WAN Backbones", which NN is clearly the leader. The ASND/NTT deal is good news for the ATM/Frame relay market. Note the difference: the NN/BT deal is geared for ATM, while the ASND/NTT is for Frame relay. I owned ASND, it may be time to dollar cost averaging. JC
