I am trying to backup my critical data to a CD-RW disc. I have been trying to drag a drop a specific folder onto the disc. The files start to copy and then I get a pop up window which says the following:

The file 'Thumbs.db' has extra information attached to it that might be lost if you continue copying. The contents of the file will not be affected. Do you want to copy the file anyway?

The following info is displayed below that message:

Thumbs.db
Type: Data Base File
Date Modified: 12/14/2005 8:34 PM
Size: 16.5 KB

I searched my hardrive for this file and came up with nothing!
I am paranoid about a virus. I have scanned my computer for a virus and found nothing (though I do need to renew my virus definition service. It is out of date since oct 2005). Can anyone offer any advice or insight? TIA.
