I made that list up as a joke when Solon mentioned a top-twenty list. Art is 100% subjective to personal taste and a general classification scale just does not work. Here in Canada we make the horrible mistake of supporting the arts including poetry and there probably is a list somewhere.

Our Canada Arts Council bought this lovely thing with my tax dollars for $1.76 million.
