He promises that he will keep us out of war with Oklahoma. Which is a good thing. The troops would not be happy with only 3.2 beer.

And he is thinking outside the box on controlling illegal immigration.

"You take five Mexican generals and give them a bank account of $1 million each," he said. "Then every time a Mexican national gets caught crossing illegally, you withdraw $5,000 from the general responsible for that sector."

I have to admit, I've never seen this one proposed before.
