page 4 of the PDF has New York listings. about 4 Thomas Cook places, sure ot be overpriced. Two listings roughly near the 47th street diamond district, which should be cheaper. One for Prudential Securities, which might be good. There are phone numbers listed.

Is it New Hampshire that has no sales tax ? That's not too far a trip.

California has a neat law - if you buy more than $1000 in precious metal or coins, it is considered an investment instead of a retail sale - so no sales tax.

Now TJ is going to tell me that in HK, you get free drinks and a massage if you buy more than 10,000 HKD of gold....
