Bork took an extreme stance. The dems went way overboard but personally i would not have voted to confirm him either. He would have aggressively tried to overturn what he thought were wrong-headed decisions. He would have looked for trouble and ignored where the american people were on issues. I am not for revolutionary change on the court and Roberts and Alito made it clear at least to me that any changes or overulings would be careful and evolutionary. Mike
