What you say makes sense when considering what Chris told me last week.
He mentioned that their new JV partner was followed by some investors that liked the deal and would be buying. He mentioned .50C as a target and they would be buying their position in that range.

This is from my foggy, beer encrusted memory- so take it for what it's worth.

I think there is some more upside here- and w. the markets as they are, I'm sitting tight for now.
