My original post was quoting this man:
>>>>> Former International Atomic Energy Agency Deputy Director General Pierre Goldschmidt has written The Urgent Need to Strengthen the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Regime (pdf), published by The Carnegie Endowment, in which he highlights the two fatal flaws in the Agreed Framework that lead to North Korea’s current nuclear state.<<<<<

He was the gentleman discussing the flaws....

and the end of the article said this: Note that it says non-compliance for TEN STRAIGHT YEARS.....In other words, the Clinton Administration did nothing to insist that NK comply....

>>>>And, so rather than stand firm, the signatories signed a knowingly and fatally flawed document that would prove to not serve its sole purpose. North Korea was found by the IAEA to be in non-compliance for ten straight years without consequence before North Korea, in 2003, simply scrapped the paper it signed. In 2004, they declared nuclear weapons possession. <<<<<

And I will look at the link you presented as soon as time permits today. Probably wouldn't hurt all of us to do so. NK has a HUGE army, and from the 1999 Report to the US House on North Korea that I suggested you find, has the means to ship it's missiles to any place in the world it wishes.

Which country/countries would you not want to have both nuclear bombs and be able to get missles from NK????

Did you look at that 1999 Report?
