NK has a HUGE army, and from the 1999 Report to the US House on North Korea that I suggested you find, has the means to ship it's missiles to any place in the world it wishes. Which country/countries would you not want to have both nuclear bombs and be able to get missles from NK???? Did you look at that 1999 Report?
