Ohyeah,

There was a poster, RaleighRealtor, who was talking about how great the Raleigh area was. I asked him about Chapel Hill, and he said it was much more expensive. It's an awfully nice area, but the weather can not compare to Boulder's. If one likes CH, add Charlottesville, VA to that list. How expensive is C-ville? Perhaps Grace or Tradelite could chime in. Outside of California, Ann Arbor and Burlington, VT would be the only other killer collegetowns that have other things going for it that I can think of. And I'm not so sure about Ann Arbor.
