Settled law. You can be the #1 originalist of all time but you are ignoring the amendments that followed the civil war. I trust you would not be arguing that blacks be counted as 3/5 of a person. Those who were on the rebel side lost the civil war and then 100 years later the racist/JIm Crowers lost the war over civil rights. Get over it.
