i'm open to any resource we can use to get familiar with management.

i imagine if this thread ever gets rolling we'll have extensive discussions on different managements of these stocks. like you said, there's no book on it (that i know of) for various reasons.

i also like the idea that the little guy like me who doesn't know that much about mining, can at least recognize good or bad management when he sees it. case in point would be RR of CKG. he's not flashy but he doesn't spend money without good reason and he builds shareholder value that the market eventually covets.
