Mayor Ray Nagin suggested Monday that Hurricanes Katrina and Rita and other storms were a sign that "God is mad at America" and at black communities, too, for tearing themselves apart with violence and political infighting.

No, his rhetoric is just as crazy as the other side. In fact, Mr. Nagin becomes more disappointing with each passing day.

I am fast concluding that this country is not at all like I thought it was. And the people and their views I thought were a minority seem to be at a minimum a very large minority and at a maximum half the country. Its why Canada looks more and more appealing to me with each passing day.
