Oh, I see......we know the difference between perjury and a BJ but we don't know a legal violation when we see one.........or are you letting some of the GOP spinmeisters do your thinking for you? It is not legal to tap a phone without a court order even during a pretend war. That's the law. It arose after a court case where the FBI wiretapped M.L.King's phone because at the time, the FBI believed "he was the most dangerous negro in the country". Mr. Bush knowingly and willingly violated that law numerous times.
